Hi - I'm Gail, the owner and creative force behind River's Edge Antiques & Quilt Loft in Hayward, WI. The world of quilting, sewing and stitching is an exciting place, but can often be daunting and challenging. Will these colors look right together? How much fabric will I need? Should I use cotton or polyester batting? What's the best thread to use for my project? There are so many questions to ask when you are creating your next
piece. I've created this blog to help make navigating this process a little bit easier and share a little bit about myself and the shop. I will share tips and tricks I have learned in over 60+ years of sewing, along with ideas for projects, new products, upcoming styles and so much more!
